Yolanda Y. Rosette, VP and Manager of Business Development

Yolanda Rosette is Vice President and Manager of Business Development at OSC. Ms. Rosette is responsible for the procurement of contracts, as well as OSC’s profit and loss analysis. She provides regulatory research on building codes, and safety and health matters for various clients, including banks, insurance companies, and industrial, municipal and commercial businesses.

Yolanda also manages various aspects of OSC, including:

Client Services:

• Conduct regulatory research in EPA, OSHA, DOL, DEC, DOT and New York State Code Rules to assist the company and its clients with maintaining compliance with current regulatory requirements
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Organize and complete service contracts
• Assist in creating new manuals and training materials

Operational Responsibilities:

• Research business opportunities
• Human Resources
• Bookkeeping
